Ed Mirvish knew his customer and as a result was able to direct his message to them with uncanny precision and impact.       But, one more sentence could be added: “And, the talented person is encouraged by optimistic family and friends. No, it doesn’t flow as well as the original statement, but you get the point. Ideas, like dreams, need nurturing.
      Take a look around you. There’s evidence everywhere of wonderful ideas that came to life.. because somebody had a good idea! And they overcame inertia, and did something about it.
How about your Blackberry? Wonderful idea right? Do you have an idea, that could make it to market? Have you told someone your idea, and they told you it’ll never work … so you gave up? Don’t be so fast in giving up on what could be a brilliant idea.
